As part of the ongoing cooperation between the Department and the alumni association, students visited the Vrboran grid control centre to see how a control centre is organised and how the power system is managed in practice.
The guided visit gave students hands-on insight into grid monitoring, system coordination and the importance of safe, reliable electricity generation and distribution.
The visit was led by lecturers Vjekoslav Zrno and Toni Karabatić, with support from the alumni association.
